Marketing Assistant

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Marketing Assistant will assist the management of social media accounts, including scheduling posts and stories and analyzing performance. Role details 25 hours per week- days and hours flexible. $27 per hour Responsibilities: Creation of engaging content (still and video) for social media channels that fit the Venerdi brand Assisting with the management of social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts and stories and analyzing performance Community management of Venerdi social media channels Liaise with external photographers and videographers to develop branded assets Assist in the management of influencer relationships and campaigns Creation of B2B and B2C EDMs via Klaviyo Assist in the preparation and logistics of Venerdi's events and trade shows Creating and monitoring digital ads via Facebook Ads Manager Creation of sales collateral via Adobe Suites (InDesign, Photoshop) Assist in website maintenance, updates and online shop promotions– WordPress, Woocommerce experience an advantage but not essential Essential Experience and Skills Adobe Suites – InDesign Klaviyo Facebook Business Suite and Ads Manager Ideal Candidate Qualities Excellent time management High attention to detail Creative skills including writing, design and video Reliable Highly organised Strong written and communication skills Must have the right to work in New Zealand
