What you will do;
Strategy, planning and execution of the on-site promotional plan for all markets including themes and seasonal promotions such as Valentine's Day.
Own strategy and execution of the eDM newsletter campaigns.
Own strategy and execution of the retention program covering loyalty, customer accounts, engagement and more.
Create and design the support media you need for your campaigns.
Own 'customer love' including strategies that show our customers how much we care.

What we’ll need from you:
Proven experience (3-5years) in marketing or similar roles, ideally in a digital / e-commerce space.
A strong creative brain - you've done this stuff before and love putting your talents to good use.
You’ll be quick to pick up new systems, tools and digital ways of thinking. Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp etc
Great writing skills – you’ll appreciate that content is king when it comes to online marketing and you’ll be excited to show us your flair for creating compelling content.
A proactive spirit – at Adulttoymegastore, no idea is silly – you’ll bring clever, fresh thinking to the table and be a committed member of the team.
