We are seeking a passionate and driven person to join our high performing Wellington team. In this role you will be responsible for leading our brand, village marketing and partnership strategies. With five direct reports and a team of 11 you will be responsible for providing leadership and management across national brand activity, village marketing, collateral development and management, content creation, sponsorships and partnerships. To be successful in this role you will have Relevant tertiary qualification in the field of Marketing 5+ years' experience in a similar senior role with people leadership Ability to see ahead to future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategies Experience in the development and execution of effective brand, marketing and communications plans suited to a range of audiences and delivery mechanisms, with measurable outcomes Demonstrated, well-developed written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, numerical and budgeting skills Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances Demonstrated high level of self-motivation and initiative to set and achieve goals and to make recommendations for improvements or to take advantage of opportunities Proven experience in managing a wide range of stakeholders and partners What's in it for you?
