Group Manager, Insights Data and Communication at Energy Efficiency & Conservation Authority, Wellington - Wairarapa Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead these portfolios:Data and AnalyticsMarketing and DigitalCommunications and ContentResearch Evaluation and InsightsYou will be part of a tight knit Leadership Team, and in this role you will:Work collaboratively with other Leadership Team members to achieve EECA's strategy, and role model EECA's four key behaviours.Lead the group to build capability and performance in data and analytics, as well as delivering research and analysis, to provide the communication of robust evidence and insights to the market and New Zealand as a whole.Lead the group to develop engaging communication and marketing campaigns that promote energy efficiency, empower energy users and accelerate the use of renewable of energy.Ensure that EECA's position as a trusted authority on issues relating to energy efficiency, conservation, and renewable energyTo be successful in this role, you will have:Extensive senior leadership experienceDemonstrated experience in leading business transformationExperience in science or technical communicationsExperience with data scienceAbility to engage with technical analysisExcellent communication and collaboration skills to connect the Group across and beyond EECAUnderstanding of the energy sectorAn important opportunity to join a government agency with a strong focus on delivery, to do meaningful work with motivated people that has a tangible impact on the lives of New Zealanders.Free medical insurance through Southern CrossAccess to a well-utilised social clubAn excellent working environment – with a dynamic work culture.EECA's mission is to mobilise New Zealanders to be world leaders in clean and clever energy use.
