Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Assistants/Coordinators (Marketing & Communications) A forward-thinking property investment company that provides a professional and collaborative work environment. This is a New Zealand based organization with multiple offices nationwide. This role will be based at a central hub in the Johnsonville area, less than ten minutes from the Wellington CBD, with free parking and a minutes' walk from public transport. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a part-time position (25 hours per week), responsible for sole-charge marketing, in a small team, with a busy and varied environment. You will lead various marketing campaigns, based on an annual calendar, social media promotions and content creation. This also involves event management, stakeholder relationship management and general office administration. DUTIES: Lead marketing campaigns, manage the annual marketing calendar Take ownership of social media content creation and posting Event management, marketing and office administration Proactively create and foster relationships with relevant stakeholders Set and manage marketing budgets SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Previous social media content creation and website management experience Experience leading marketing campaigns and in event management Strong ability to use the MS Office suite, as well as create content for Facebook and Instagram Bubbly, approachable working style, with the ability to create new working relationships with ease Pro-active, keen to put your hand up to assist the wider team and turn your hand to anything This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing coordinator, who is looking for a part-time role, in a supportive and vibrant team.
