This role will see you working across and focusing on the Europe and New Zealand markets. We're looking for a part-time Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join the team at Acme HQ in Te Wanganui-a-Tara, Wellington. About the role: This diverse part-time role has been established to support our growth and marketing plan. The role focuses on coordinating our social media channels, supporting our digital marketing efforts, and creating positive customer service experiences through multiple channels. As our Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Director to create, plan and engage with our social media following while offering support to our marketing efforts. Day to day, you will: Engage with our audience across multiple platforms and help grow our community. Design and create engaging content for our social media platforms. Managing our social media channels and leading efforts at events around New Zealand. Help develop campaigns across various channels, including digital and email. Write copy with flair, character and accuracy for our social and EDM channels. Measure progress and impact. Have an understanding of Acme's social media performance to drive better results. We're a small team with big goals so we're looking for someone that understands our brand and culture. We're specialty coffee fans who love design but are serious about creating and being the best we can be. To be successful in this role: 1-3 years of successful social media community management and/or digital content experience. Experience with managing social media engagement with creative ease A flair for writing copy Ability to work within a small team, are self-motivated and an open communicator. Knowledge and experience of social platforms; including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pintrest, and social scheduling and tracking tools + a desire to keep learning. An understanding of brand and brand management You're determined and resourceful + can pick up projects and run with them! This role is part-time, 30 hours, Monday - Friday and flexible on the working hours. Full-time equivalent salary. Sound like you?
