As you know very well, every day is different, but being across full spectrum generalist activities you can expect to:
Provide best practice HR advice
Coach and mentor at all levels
Lead and support HR projects/initiatives
Help craft site wide communications
Be a force for good and drive engagement activities
To really nail this you’ll need:
10+ years’ solid HR generalist experience, ideally within an MNC
Exceptional communication skills
Experience navigating your way through complex situations
Great conflict resolution skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Good working knowledge of NZ employment law
And for bonus points - experience working in software development company
Our ideal candidate will be a smart, articulate, people-centric team playah who is always up for a laugh; you may have worked in the Software Industry before and be able to share your insights and knowledge to help guide the site leadership team. You will be bold and imaginative and capable of driving change.
