Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Present and promote TWoA programmes andservices to external stakeholders and communitiesDevelop and implement recruitmentplans, projects and campaignsUse CRM as a recruitment toolHost programmes, activities and eventsSupport kaiako to roll-out plansProvide training in sales andpromotions to kaimahiEstablish and manage relationshipsIdentify new recruitment optionsWork with Tauira Registry andEducational Delivery to convert expressions of interest to enrolmentsAbility/flexibility to travel is crucial for this role Qualifications and Experience: Qualifications: Diploma in business or marketingrelated field Full clean Driver's LicenceExperience:3+ years' experience in marketing,recruitment or education related roleAhuatanga Maori: • Engages in cultural activities and has a soundunderstanding of ahuatanga Maori (values, culture and tikanga)• Understands and uses basic te reo Maori phrases,mihi and greetings (TARM level 2 or equivalent qualification)• Prepared to increase knowledge, understanding andeveryday use of te reo and ahuatanga Maori and support other kaimahi in thesame endeavour• Actively applies Te Wananga o Aotearoa values inthe workplaceTechnical Skills: • Excellent promotional and marketing skills• Intermediate user knowledge of Microsoft suite ofapplications (ie.
