As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing safe, effective, accurate and reliable maintenance and servicing systems for our aerial Doppelmayr gondola and chairlifts, conveyor systems, carts, tracks and associated facilities. We're seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and safety conscious person to join our team. If you hold a NZ Trade Certificate or Level 4 qualification in Maintenance/Mechanical Engineering, Marine, Automotive, or Electrical Maintenance, this could be the role for you! The perfect candidate will have experience in maintenance of rotating plant and hydraulic systems strong assembly/fitting and basic machining skills the ability to interpret technical drawing and work to fine tolerances welding experience strong fault finding and diagnostic skills with the ability to work under pressure a suitable fitness level for working at heights with heavy parts The role would include occasional rostered weekends and/or night/early shifts to ensure maintenance systems are covered to meet business requirements.
