Lead Portfolio Architect (Customer)

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

The Lead Portfolio Architect is a key contributor to the overall technical direction of our Enterprise Technology team. You will help define and lead the execution of the technical runway that supports the development and evolution of features, integrates SaaS systems, evolves business processes and improves performance, scalability, security and data stewardship.
You will work closely with General Managers, Product Managers and Engineering Leads to ensure that technical outcomes are closely aligned to and integrated into their agreed plans.
You will build an effective team of architects that continually improves and is respected by the development teams for helping them deliver value to our customers. Provide line management and coaching for architects within the team, including 1:1s, personal development plans and pastoral care. For any work where it is agreed the architecture team leads the execution of that work, you will ensure that the work is effectively managed, delivers a positive return on investment and is seen as successful by stakeholders.

Ability to think strategically and end to end, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Knowledge of customer relationship management systems and SaaS go to market processes.
Knowledge of billing and payment systems, processes and operations.
Enterprise Integration patterns and approaches. In particular encapsulating commercial off the shelf systems behind API anti corruption layers.
Business and process architecture and capability modelling expertise and relevant techniques and frameworks.
You will be familiar with multiple software development methodologies and styles.
You will have the ability to discern business and user requirements and develop technical requirements from them.
The ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
You will bring superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
