Intermediate/Senior Human Resources Advisor

Alpha Recruitment is seeking a driven and experienced Intermediate/Senior Human Resources Advisor who is a strong relationship builder.
This position is located in the Wellington region and reports to the Manager Human Resources.
You will be working with great people who love what they do.
You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:
At least three years previous experience working as a Human Resources Advisor
A strong working knowledge of the New Zealand employment environment, relevant legislation and case law
Previous work experience in the delivery of operational human resources services within complex environments
Previous experience delivering high quality HR/ER service to managers
At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent relationship building skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A tertiary qualification in human resources ishighly desirable.
The successful candidatemusthave the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
