We have two components to our organisation – Family Works and Enliven: Family Works services support tamariki/rangatahi and their families/whanau who have experienced trauma, family violence, separation, poverty, stress and anxiety, to have a safer and brighter future. About the role The nature of the work we do is all about being people-centred and this role will be focused on achieving good outcomes for our clients and residents through sound systems and processes for our teams who are supporting them. Working as part of the Business Services team, this role predominantly provides administration support with some light reception duties. This position would suit an admin superstar who may enjoy working school hours, while learning and growing within the organisation. As well as day to day tasks, you'll have opportunities to assist HR, Marketing and the Senior Leaders with projects. Your key tasks will include, but not be limited to: * Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other essential documents. * Data entry and helping with month end reports and invoicing * Participate in meetings, distributing minutes and agendas. * Book accommodation and assist Senior Leaders with travel and events. * Maintain and update records, databases, and files to ensure accuracy and accessibility. * Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. * Pack and ship orders from the Enliven shop. * Order office and kitchen supplies and ensure the office is always well presented * Answer phones, meet and greet visitors and assist with catering. About you * A genuine interest in the Not For Profit sector, knowing that your mahi makes a difference to families in your community. * Ability to apply judgement, flexibility and problem-solving skills to your workload. * A positive 'can-do' attitude, happy to roll up your sleeves and rise to a challenge and work as part of a collaborative team. * Strong organisational and communication skills * Good level of computer literacy and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working with databases would be advantageous. * Ability to thrive in an environment where you need to regularly flex and adapt to respond to changing needs and priorities.
