Duties includeTelemetry equipment and sensor assembly, configuration, and deployment in the fieldMonitoring of field instruments, processing of data and reportingTroubleshooting and diagnosis of problems with electronic equipmentInstrument data integration with our softwareSupporting existing projects and customers through periodic field maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure continuity of high quality serviceWhat You'll BringA full New Zealand drivers license is requiredHave at least basic electronics skills and knowledgeRelevant industry experience and/ or telemetry experience would be beneficialHave practical experience using various power and hand toolsHave good communication skills and will be comfortable interfacing with various customer representatives on projectsHave desire for ongoing learning and the ability to develop new skills and knowledge independentlyBe reasonably competent on a computer, although the focus of this role will be practical fieldworkWant a job that involves a mix of in-office technical work and getting outdoors to deploy equipment. The role will often take you to remote and interesting locations to carry out fieldwork alongside our other team members.You will be part of a team but will be required to work independently under the direction of the Team Leader.
