We are looking for someone that:Has proven experience providing actionable insights and data and information analysis from a range of diverse source.Has experience working with BI tools such as Power BI and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.Has highly developed analytical skills with experience preparing and delivering data to a range of audiences.Is a confident and clear communicator that has the ability to communicate openly, both verbally and written with a wide range of stakeholders.Mo to mahi | About the Role As a member of the Operations team, you will report to the Chief Operations Officer and be responsible for preparing and delivering a range of advanced, financial, operational and people data analytics, reporting and insights. Your key accountabilities will include:Insights and Data Analytics. Providing robust data and information analysis from a range of diverse sources, including financial, payroll, HR and operational systems and tools which leads the delivery of key insights.Supporting Decision Making. Support and inform the Senior Leadership Team and Team Lead's decision making regarding programmes, initiatives, projects and policy creation.Continuous Improvement. Drive aspects of diverse change projects to ensure alignment to the strategic objectives of Whanau Manaaki.Commitment to Culturally Appropriate Relationships in Aotearoa New Zealand.
