About the Company Our client are a national government organisation, focusing on support the health and wellbeing of the population of Aotearoa New ZealandAbout the RoleAs a Business Process Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation of our client's Enterprise Asset Management Information System (AMIS). Your primary responsibilities will include understanding core processes, prioritizing them for rollout, assessing the current state of MVP processes, and recommending standardization strategies. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth migration of tools, data, and processes to the new system.Day to Day Responsibilities Analyse core processes compatible with AMIS.Prioritise processes for the initial rollout.Assess current MVP processes.Recommend strategies for standardising processes.Collaborate with stakeholders for seamless migration. Skills & Experience Required Strong analytical skills in business process mapping and optimisation.Experience in prioritising and managing process rollouts.Proficiency in assessing current state processes and recommending improvements.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management systems is a plus.
