What will you do?
We are experiencing record growth, and an exciting opportunity has opened up for a HR Advisor to join our Auckland based Human Resources team. You will partner with our construction teams and report to the Human Resources Manager - Construction.
Focussed on providing recruitment and human resources business partnering support both remotely and in person you will:
Support the recruitment of construction roles throughout NZ
Provide employment relations support
Develop new policies and processes and work with managers through those changes
Be involved in a variety of generalist tasks and HR related projects to promote engagement

You are experienced working within a business partnering model developing effective relationships with leaders - a background in the construction industry is a bonus
You have recruitment and employment relations expertise
You are a clear, simple and concise communicator
You have a pragmatic, problem solving approach to issues
You thrive when working on multiple projects and processes at the same time
You are available to travel when required
