Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and well organised recruiter to join our People team. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, working across NZ and Australia you will be a trusted partner providing valuable insights to the recruitment markets well developing campaigns to attract and retain top talent. Your responsibilities will include managing the full end-to-end recruitment process from undertaking job briefs, writing adverts, sourcing, and screening candidates right through to conducting interviews, managing offers and carrying out pre-employment checks. Qualifications To be successful in this role you will be an enthusiastic self-starter who excels at building relationships quickly. Your communication and ability to keep hiring managers and candidates updated as well as your organisation/coordination skills will be some of your greatest strengths. Your initiative and ability to get stuff done in this fast-paced role will set you apart from other candidates. Ideally you will have experience working in operational environments such as manufacturing, logistics or construction. This role is a full-time position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday based at our head office on Tidal Rd, Mangere. While some flexibility is available to work from home up to 1-day per week (after an initial training period), given the nature of the role, it is important that you are available onsite to assist our hiring managers and meet with candidates.
