We are looking for a person to support the HR team as aHuman Resource Administrator, managing the administration of all back-office HR functions for the wider organisation.

Excellent computer literacy – DocuSign, MS Teams & Zoom,Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word, Share Point anddataentry Impeccable attention to detail, typing and proof-readingskills Excellent time management and problem-solving skills The ability to prioritise, multitask and focus in a challenging work environment A sound understanding of professional boundaries and confidentiality Experience in managing HR Software A qualification, or 2+ years' experience in HR administration (preferred) Able to work independently to meet organisational deadlines as well as working as part of ateam A positive and approachable attitude, a willingness to share skills and helpothers Clear communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse range ofpeople Friendly,well-roundedpersonality with a good sense of humour Full current NZ Driver License Be eligible to work in NewZealand Current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one at our cost).
