Recruitment Consultant - Queenstown Region Salary $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per annum depending on experience Full Time - Minimum 45 hours per week Job applications close 9th April 2024 We are looking for a skilled person who has experience in sales and/or recruitment to join our team in Queenstown. We will invest in your future guiding you on a structured career path, which for the right candidate can grow into more senior roles and management. Ideally you will have a relevant qualification related to this role, however possessing at least three years of work experience in sales and/or recruitment could substitute the need for a qualification. Your day-to-day tasks will include but are not limited to;engaging prospective buyers by making cold and warm sales to build and maintain relationshipsdetermining buyers' requirements by organizing meetings and site visits to understand clients businesses and needsassisting in the development of client lists and sourcing of placementsdeveloping the branch's client list recruiting temporary staff to fill specific and potential job ordersvisiting clients to establish selling opportunitiesfollowing up clients and gauging satisfaction with goods and services purchasedmonitoring clients' changing needs and competitor activityarranging for advertising of job vacancies, interviewing and testing of applicants, and selection of staffmaintaining personnel records and information systemsarranging the induction of staff and providing information on conditions of service, salaries and promotional opportunitiesreceiving and recording job vacancy information from employers such as details about job description, wages and conditions of employmentmaintaining existing and new relationships with clientsproviding information on current job vacancies in the organisation to employers and job seekersinterviewing applicants to determine their job requirements and suitability for jobsassists employers to find suitable staffTradestaff are a proudly NZ owned company that has been operating for 26 years.
