Due to an internal transfer, Sudima Hotels Group is currently seeking an experiencedRevenue Managerto join our fast growing and dynamic team in our Support office in Central Auckland.
The role will be responsible for balancing the financial objectives of different lodging products to maximize total revenues and profit associated with guest rooms. Position is accountable for pricing, positioning and inventory of all Sudima’s hotels. Develops and recommends sales strategy for pricing of the transient customer, wholesale, and group segments.

Requirements
Can demonstrate strong commercial acumen
Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Commitment to delivering a high level of service to stakeholders
Can demonstrate the ability to use advanced Excel and reporting functionality
Attention to detail, accuracy, time management, flexibility and the ability to multitask
Experience working with a Property Management and Yield Management System
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Knowledge of local and national markets
Knowledge of hospitality operations
Passion for making data driven decisions and for achieving market share targets and objectives
Degree level qualification in a relevant field or experience working in Revenue Management or other commercial role
