Coaching and developing team members.Driving sales and promotional activities to achieve sales targets.Meeting day-to-day operational deadlines such as stock, wage management, visual merchandising and end-of-day reconciliation.This Assistant Store Manager role will work Full-Time Sunday to Thursday in our Glassons Rotorua Branch.
ABOUT YOU Ideally, you will have worked in a management or supervisory role and have at least 2 years of experience in retail.
You will also have:
A genuine interest in fashion and a career in retail!A proven history of leadership as you will be training and developing the team to achieve sales KPIs.Strong organisational and admin skills as you will manage rostering, stock management, loss prevention, and upholding store presentation standards.Amazing communication skills to connect with our customers and achieve sales targets.Most of all, you will bring stacks of enthusiasm and high energy to the store environment - creating the friendly vibe Glassons is known for!
