To support our existing businesses and ongoing expansion, we are seeking a Commercial Manager, reporting to the GM of Operations and Commercial. Key objectives of the role are: Lead customer relationship management and business development for Genera NZ Lead the Customer Service Team Manage commercial risk for services delivered by Genera NZ Skills and Experience A minimum of 10 years' relevant work experience. Excellence in relationship management, communication and negotiation. A strong understanding of NZ's shipping/freight landscape, preferably obtained via direct experience. A high level of financial literacy. Experience in business development and contract management is essential. Knowledge of biosecurity requirements and processes pertaining to cargo is preferred.
