Glass Collector

Our business is on the hunt for some new staff for our bars. We are an upbeat Country & Western themed bar. We pride ourselves on our team and giving the best customer experiences.We're looking for a fun-loving Glass Collector to join our team of great humans. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and contributing to the success and reputation of  Bar. Enthusiastic customer service skills, teamwork and a friendly face are essential to the role!As a Glass Collector, your responsibilities will include:Be on the floor returning empty/finished/used glasses to the bar, to be cleaned and reinstated into normal service.Liaise with the Shift Manager or General Manager in an open, professional and courteous manner.Alert the manager to any incidents or potential incidents. Through being on the floor for a large amount of time throughout the night, you will see many situations which may require the manager's attention.Maintain the cleanliness of the bar. This includes but is not limited to:Returning any used glasses to the bar;Cleaning tables, clearing broken glass;Cleaning any incidents as required;General cleaning of the toilets throughout the night.Implement a high standard of customer service.We are a bar with a 4am license, working this late and working weekends is a vital part of the business and this will be a part of all shifts.
