Freight Investigator | 6 months contract | Auckland Operations Centre * $27.66 per hour paid fortnightly * Monday to Friday: 09:30 to 18:00 * Location: East Tamaki We focus on delivery - both internally and externally and we are committed to challenging people to grow and achieve, and support them to do that. We are now seeking an outstanding Freight Investigator to support the Auckland Operations Centre based at 23 Underwood Street, East Tamaki. Critical competencies needed as a Freight Investigator are in the areas of priority setting, an inquisitive mind, action orientation, customer and results focus with continuous improvement and peer relationships. The ideal candidate will need to be available to work? Monday to Friday 09.30 - 18:00. Along with these, it is expected the successful applicant will have experience in the following areas: * Phone based customer service role * Administrative experience * Microsoft Office experience along with fast and accurate keyboard skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) * Exceptional customer service skills with strong negotiation and solutions resolution * Planning and organisational skills, especially when it comes to managing multiple tasks and deadlines * The ability to think outside the square and the motivation to go the extra mile - Delivering More!
