Finance Reporting Manager Join a dynamic 20-member accounts team known for its great culture within a thriving company. As the Finance Reporting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing finances for over 40 stores and leased properties, as well as managing a property portfolio valued at over 350 million. Join our client on their exciting growth trajectory as they expand into new locations. Job Description: Managing intercompany accounting, group consolidation, lease accounting, and board reporting. Preparing financial statements and overseeing the year-end process. Preparing statutory accounts. Handling property accounting. Driving process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency. Collaborating with auditors and leveraging the SAP 4 Hana accounting system. Overseeing one direct report, the Financial Reporting Accountant. Reporting to a supportive General Manager who values autonomy and growth. The ideal candidate for this role should possess: Big 4 experience at an Audit Manager level. Commercial Accounting experience, although not essential. Strong experience working with retail clients. In-depth tax knowledge (preferred) A solid understanding of accounting standards, especially IFRS16. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with auditors.
