Finance Manager

Our large and leading commercial property company is looking for a Finance Manager to lead and manage the finance team whilst managing the delivery of quality financial reporting and analysis for a diverse portfolio. The role has dual responsibility for providing accurate reporting whilst building strong business partnerships with key relationships across the business and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Finance business partner with key internal and external stakeholders. Reviewing and managing the monthly management reporting. Budgeting and forecasting. Manage the cashflow management requirements. Assist with the production of annual financial statements compliant with all relevant IFRS standards. Assist in providing relevant/requested information to Auditors. Train, mentor and coach finance team members, ensuring they have career development plans in place. We are looking for someone who will lead and manage the finance Team, ensuring they have regular feedback on their performance. You will be an active member of the finance team and the wider business contributing to the ongoing success.
