Field Service Representative

An exciting opportunity has become available in a global payment solutions orginsiation. We are looking for a Field Service Representative to join the team.

A typical day in the life:
Provide onsite technical support to a variety of clients (support level 1 and 2) Installations of payment machinesResolve incoming requests from clients Have strong knowledge of products and services Relaying any need information or training onsite Delivery of exceptional customer service A bit about you:
