Customer Service Specialist   EmbroidMe Tauranga Full-time - 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) 8.30 am - 5.00 pm      EmbroidMe Tauranga supplies businesses, clubs, teams, and individuals with branded apparel, workwear, sports gear, and corporate uniforms. They have a fully stocked showroom with an extensive range of clothing samples and promotional marketing products onsite.   The team is passionate about getting brands noticed through various techniques including embroidery, screen print, and vinyl heat transfers, with the majority of production carried out in-house; giving EmbroidMe complete control over quality and quantity.   They also provide printing services in-house for brochures, business cards, fliers etc, and brand pens, cups, hats, umbrellas, corporate gifts, and more.   As a fast-growing business, they require an extra team member who will be responsible for retail sales, customer service, and general administration.   This is a busy and varied role that involves looking after the front of house and showroom, assisting clients with their promotional branding and apparel needs, quoting, invoicing, processing orders, handling artwork and logo requirements, and receiving and dispatching goods.   Throughout the process, you will be liaising with both existing clients and new customers, as well as the management and production team, so you will need to be a well-organised, bright, and friendly person who enjoys people interaction and developing relationships. Customer service is at the heart of our business.   The ideal Customer Service Specialist will have experience in: Knowledge of branded apparel, uniforms, and marketing products would be an advantage. Previous experience in a similar process-driven role. Wholesale or retail sales experience. Quoting and invoicing experience would be ideal. Have a high level of computer skills and be able to learn new programmes. Possess excellent attention to detail and memory recall. Be able to self-manage a busy workload and multi-task. Well-presented and clearly-spoken with a warm and personable manner. Target-driven to achieve deadlines and exceptional results.
