This is a newly created opportunity for a confident, energetic person, who has excellent communication, administration and ERP/CRM skills and a problem solving mindset. This is a busy role, where you will be actively participating in Internal Sales Team functions, including sales administration, handling inbound and outbound calls, servicing new and existing customers, responding to customer product enquiries, database maintenance and overall management of customer expectations. In addition, you will be supporting the General Manager with managing day to day systems and procedures, to ensure the most efficient processes are being utilised to meet client outcomes and company KPI's.
