Job Description:

NiSource is seeking a passionate and resilient Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting products and services.

Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and information.2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.3. Promote products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences.4. Conduct research and gather information to provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in messaging and customer service experience.6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the live chat process and customer experience.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.

Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.3. Critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.4. Research skills to gather information and respond to inquiries accurately.5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a resilient attitude in dealing with challenging situations.
