Role Overview: As the Facility Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our aged care village and residential services. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of care and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the facility team, promoting a culture of excellence and resident-centered care. Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards governing aged care facilities. Qualifications in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field are highly desirable.
