Our school is dedicated to making a difference for our students and raising achievement.   The successful applicant: Needs to have a proven track record of effective teaching, data analysis, behaviour management and engagement with family/whanau in Y3-4 Will positively contribute to the wider school and extended leadership team Have the desire and ability to inspire, motivate and coach others within their team  Be approachable and empathetic and have a growth mindset attitude to challenges that present.
