Be responsible for the strategic planning of the facility Manage the facility's assets and financial resources Grow and support staff development Effectively manage staffing levels Manage property to ensure high standards are maintained at all times Skills & Experience: Proven experience managing an aged care facility and retirement village The ability to foster positive relationships with residents, family members and employees Registered nurse background highly desirable but not essential Experience in audit management Staff management experience including management of rosters Knowledge of business management in this sector Excellent communication skills both written and oral If you are a Clinical Manager ready for the next step or have managerial experience and are looking for a change of scenery, then this might be the perfect role for you!
