Its expected this person will be able to make a meaningful contributionjob pricing and tenders and ideally have solid commercial contracts experience. This is a great opportunity to join a prominent award winning residential/ light commercial developer. Price and prepare estimates and do full contracts administration for new developments from architectural and engineering; specifications, designs and drawings. You will also be a part of a supportive culture within a professional work environment which will enable you to deliver on the requirements of the position. This organisation has a very healthy pipeline of new work ahead. To be considered for this role: • Have proven experience in a similar role within the commercial or residential sector • Be a strong communicator as you will be dealing with a wide range of people including customers and suppliers • Strong Excel capabilities • Ability to deal with high volumes • professionalism and accuracy while enjoying some banter Please note: You must have NZ perm residency or Citizenship to apply for this role.
