Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager as part of the wider Brand & Marketing dept, the Digital Performance Specialist is responsible for delivering excellence in programmatic and Search Engine Marketing across squads, whilst also managing E2E – from brief through to reporting – digital marketing campaigns to drive commercial objectives.
As Digital Performance Specialist you’ll be expected to manage and implement SEM and Programmatic activity which supports propositions and promotions and drives traffic especially to digital channels, reducing the cost of the acquisition.
We’re looking for an awesome Digital Performance Specialist to help move Vodafone New Zealand’s digital marketing capability to become best in class and continue building from strength to strength!
What Will I Be Doing?

Managing the end-to-end performance across SEM & Programmatic for key portfolios.
Developing a high quality standard of digital marketing capabilities to better connect with customers throughout the path to purchase.
Managing the SEM & Programmatic budget, as well as measuring and analysing performance and reporting of all search marketing activities.
Keeping up to date with the latest developments in the search marketing industry.
Completing Post Campaign Analysis reports in order to document and share learnings for future campaigns.
What Will I Bring?

Demonstrable track record working within a commercial sales-driven search and marketing role, ideally with agency experience.
Experience with managing large, multi-channel (Search and Programmatic) campaigns with large budgets.
Knowledge and experience of digital marketing strategies, solutions, platforms, key performance drivers and best practices.
Confidence in working with large data sets and conducting statistical analysis.
Digital marketing experience gained from working in fast-paced marketing driven environments.
Strong collaboration skills, capable of working cross-functionally to deliver strategic objectives.
Proactive attitude to work, capable of setting and driving own direction and delivering work independently.
