About the role | Mo te turanga As Group Manager Fundraising, Marketing and Communications you will lead a team that builds lasting relationships, enhances our financial sustainability and advocates for our work and the people we work with. You work in a leadership role across Lifewise, Airedale Property Trust and Methodist Mission Northern and are a key member of the Lifewise Senior Leadership Team. Having a remit leading the marketing and communications functions including event management and increasing the awareness of the trust's reputation. The role is based at our Vincent Street office in Auckland CBD. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a team towards The Trusts' vision of connected, just, and inclusive communities. Skills & Experience | Pukenga & wheako You will have experience in leading a team, developing fundraising initiatives, building strong partnership networks, corporate sponsorships and donor relationships. Able to demonstrate high level knowledge including analytical, conceptual, writing and facilitation skills, and strategic planning. FINZ certificate in fundraising and CIFRE preferred. The successful candidate must have a commitment to the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and an openness to understanding the application of the articles of Te Tiriti in the context of The Lifewise Trust.
