Job Description This position reports to the Director Public Experience and is a permanent full time role. The Head of Marketing & Public Relations is responsible for giving life to the museum brand onsite, offsite, and online. Not only will you generate awareness of the museum's offer and drive visitation and engagement with a broad range of audiences, you'll lead the planning, execution and delivery of the Museums marketing content strategy, using the right channels with the right content in the right places to reach more people. Desired Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will offer: At least 10 years' senior leadership experience with at least five years' demonstrated experience leading a successful marketing communications function. Evidence of leadership experience within a complex business environment dealing with multiple stakeholders (preferably with exposure to the cultural, tourism, leisure attraction or entertainment industries). Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of innovative, integrated consumer marketing communications strategies and campaigns. Experience with the use of analytics to drive return on marketing investment as well as for successful targeting of campaigns. Closing Date: 4 April 2024.
