About The Opportunity The National Manager Marketing and Communications is a member of the Donor Services Senior Leadership Team and reports to the Director Donor Services. It is a key leadership role responsible for the development and implementation of the national marketing strategy, providing strategic donor acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies, programs and campaigns to achieve collection and donor panel targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing the brand management strategy, and having stewardship and ownership of the brand to ensure its integrity and intrinsic value is upheld. The role oversees donor communications and journey touch points, manages market research, social media channels, public relations and community engagement, and has strategic management of the national contact centre. Leading, managing and building capability within the marketing and communications team is key to the role, as is collaboratively engaging with senior leaders across the business to contribute to cross functional projects and initiatives that enhance practices and service delivery. About You You will have proven senior level marketing and communications management experience ideally from a service-related customer centric environment, such as larger entities within the public health, not-for-profit or corporate sectors where there is a strong focus on customer and user experience and high levels of engagement. A tertiary qualification in marketing is required as is depth of experience in services marketing, business management, public relations and media management, together with strong commercial acumen and people leadership.
