The opportunity The next chapter for us to fulfil our purpose at a global scale is to seek out new opportunities that will attract customers in new and adjacent markets and nurture our existing customers. In order to support those goals, we need your digital marketing expertise to identify customer growth opportunities in different markets and channels. Reporting into our Head of Marketing, and in collaboration with product, customer success and sales teams you'll help us seize these opportunities through the execution of new user-acquisition campaigns. This is a pivotal role that will see you working at pace, defining growth priorities, developing frameworks, leading the design of collateral, running campaigns and tracking growth data and metrics. About you You're a digital marketer who values curiosity, collaboration and growth mindsets. We are seeking someone who is a critical thinker, enjoys a challenge and knows how to manage initiatives from idea to execution. You are proactive and get stuff done! Your experience: Crafting and executing lead generation campaigns that drive results (B2B experience ideal, but not essential). Demonstrated experience delivering across a full range of digital marketing activities. Experience using a range of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Hotjar A/B testing tools etc.) Tracking growth metrics, analysing results and taking action on what you discover. Working with designers to produce collateral for sales, brand and campaigns. Working knowledge of paid acquisition and search engine optimization (SEO) programs and best practices. Experience with Hubspot, Webflow, Google suite and SEO tools. A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or another relevant field.
