Auckland City, AucklandAn exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Digital Channel Manager to join New Zealand's largest international humanitarian organisation World Vision. Our vision for every child, life in all its fullness, our prayer for every heart, the will to make it so.You will manage the Digital Engagement team and oversee the deliverables of our digital development agency and media buying agency, responsible for supporting the design, development and execution of integrated digital experiences across all relevant platforms. You will help shape the way we attract, inspire and engage our current and future supporters through exceptional digital experiences. With a creative mind, you will be driven by innovation and able to dive into the numbers using insights to guide our decisions.Key responsibilities are:Maintain quality and consistency of brand and content across the website to deliver exceptional user experiences to deliver conversion targetsContribute to and implement the digital fundraising strategyDevelop and deploy digital acquisition campaigns aligned to the Marketing and Engagement activities calendarMeasure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, optimisation initiatives and digital acquisition through paid media activityActively champion a culture of data driven performance across the organisationManage the implementation of the digital fundraising plan and Digital Development PipelineWork closely with our digital agency to execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns including; quarterly strategy optimisation aligned to channel KPI's and product strategy across search, display and social campaignsDeliver actionable performance insights for conversion and optimisation opportunitiesQualifications and Experience:3-5 years’ experience in a similar position within a complex organisationPreferred experience in fundraising or subscription modelled businessTeam management background preferredTertiary qualification in marketing or similar (additional to 5 years exp)Experience working, and leading, cross-functionally to deliverComfortable with resource management, ideally with experience managing resources of all creative disciplines in-house and agency contractsThis is an exciting opportunity to help make a difference in vulnerable children's lives around the world.
