Digital Analyst

An exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Analyst has been created, join an iconic business during a period of continued growth and success. You will be working across marketing automation and e-commerce projects along with a website improvement project.

Responsibilities:
Facilitating requirements gathering and documentation
Process mapping, wireframing and templating for email and website delivery
Testing planning and coordination and business process change in an Agile environment
Working with the Digital Marketing Specialist to document requirements
Communicate requirements through user stories with logical and clear acceptance criteria

Skills & Qualifications:
Business Analyst or Marketing Analyst or Digital Analyst experience predominantly within the digital/ web space
Excellent interpersonal skills to work across different teams
End-to-end digital experience including understanding of and demonstratable experience with a technical backend database, API, leads integration and front-end SEO, CMS, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, Social Media Advertising (FB, Twitter etc)
Experience with and an understanding of wireframing, UX design principles, storyboarding, email template design
Agile project experience
