Universal Health Services is seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support. Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals.2. Proactively reach out to customers to provide ongoing support and guidance.3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.5. Gather customer feedback and insights to drive product improvements.6. Assist in onboarding new customers and providing training as needed.7. Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success. Requirements:1. 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong leadership and cooperation skills.4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.6. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
