About the Company:
Join an innovative payment and billing solutions business in a Customer Support role, based in Newmarket. This is a small yet fun and supportive team who hold great tenure and love coming into the office!

About the Role:
In this role, you will be heavily involved in supporting existing and new individual and business customers, merchants and end users to ensure quick and friendly response to payment enquiries and ad-hoc customer queries. The role will have you manage phone based and email queries.
Other duties:
Responding to customer enquiries over the phone and / or email
Updating of customer information based on customer requests
Loading new customers on to the system
Manage customer accounts and send out monthly statements
Process refunds and reconciliations
Trace missing merchant payments as required
About You:
You will be customer centric and friendly with excellent communication skills!
You will also have:
Administration experience
Customer service or call centre experience
Excellent attention to detail
Technical aptitude
