We are a NZ owned & operated finance company. We've been providing lending solutions to everyday Kiwi's for over 20 years. We are on the hunt for a motivated Customer Service Consultant to join our Porirua team. You will be contracted to work between 37 - 45 hours per week between Monday - Saturday but currently rostered for 37 hours with a Tuesday off . As our rosters do change from time to time, it is essential that you have ability to work up to 45 hours when required. What you'll be doing You'll be meeting customers, valuing their items to be used as lending security, assisting with loan applications, determining lending outcomes and preparing loan contracts. You'll be providing ongoing account management for the life cycle of the customer's loan by monitoring account activity, liaising with customers to ensure timely payment, debt collection, negotiating payment terms and account changes. You'll also be managing our online auction sales process by testing, preparing and listing goods for sale, communicating with potential buyers, reconciling payments and organising shipping. What you'll bring to the role First class customer service and administration experience - you've earned your CS stripes in a fast-paced customer centric environment. A solution focus - no problem is too big or small as you love the challenge and satisfaction of problem solving! An authentic approach and passion for customer service - being REAL is important to you and it's what helps you connect and shine with customers! Fantastic communication skills - you can talk to people from all walks of life and write professionally too. Digital savvy - you know your way around a computer, picking up new systems and processes with ease.
