So what's in it for you?
You will have the opportunity to become a leading Corporate & Commercial Lawyer, where you can develop your skills and perfect your contract, negotiation and dispute resolution expertise.
Your focus will be on commercial and contract law around our national programmes and services, in particular, our national procurement services; drafting, reviewing and advising on significant international and national supply contracts for NZ's District Health Boards, including advising on appropriate dispute resolutions and negotiation strategies. In this role,youwill be expected to provide excellent legal services to the organisation, and support our internal clients, to ensure that maximum benefits are achieved for the good of all New Zealanders.
Why you are a STAR!
You are an intermediate solicitor with a minimum 2 years PQE, with an LLB and a current NZ Practicing Certificate. You will also have legal or commercial experience dealing with contracts in relevant legal areas.
