Our client is looking for someone experienced and confident to work autonomously through their files yet collaborate with the team when required. The files will vary in size and complexity, ensuring you will be kept engaged and challenged.Duties and responsibilities will include:Carry out sale and purchase transactions of residential property, preparing agreements and documentation as necessary and managing the process from start to finish.Supporting the team with research and preparation of documents.About you:Our client is looking for a dynamic and self-driven individual with at least 4 years of Legal Executive experience. An understanding of property law and conveyancing is essential, and you will be confident in managing files independently.Additionally, you will also:Have exceptional communication skills - written and verbal.
