Work with the Relationship Team to identify best practice and share learning within the wider NZFSG/Loan Market Group to promote safe and collaborative relationships across the whole of the business.Key responsibilities -Technical skills:Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on coaching / training and regulatory requirements to assist advisers meet their Licence obligationsIntroduce and support Professional Development Plans for our adviser networkAbility to assess advice to determine suitability based on customer needsAnalyse advice assurance outcome recommendations on how to mitigate future errors /risk or loss (business or adviser where themes identified)Risk Management:Support the businesses risk management framework through providing meaningful data to help Leadership mitigate potential future risks Conduct and cultureDemonstrating a strong risk, compliance and conduct culture, in line with the FMA's principles, as part of business-as-usual practices for the business and its membersSupport the Leadership Team to demonstrate a focus on good customer outcomes being at the forefront of all processes, policies and procedures and ensure that the design is understood and embedded in business-as-usual activities.Reporting:Ensure reporting written for Financial Advisers, is clear, concise andprovides meaningful insights on how to improve, as requiredProvide meaningful reporting to Leadership, Regulators, Auditors and Board as required.Registers:Maintain robust review outcomes to better enable other team members to track regulatory obligations and how they are being met. (Where Advice Assurance outcomes are used as a control).Training:Where appropriate support the Relationship team or advisers to improve advice outcomes and better enable them to meet regulatory and business requirements.Complaints:Investigate & support appropriate recording of all Complaints, where required, to enable the Leadership to make an informed decision on the consequences/recommended remediation.Skills and experience you'll bring to the role -5 year's+ experience in lending, or insurance products essentialAwareness of quality assurance frameworks and/or audit background Experience in financial advice (direct or indirect)Coaching / training background & experience with Assurance ReviewsStrong analytical and investigative skillsExcellent skills in working collaborativelySelf-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to deliver resultsHighly organised with exceptional attention to detailExcellent computer skills (Google suit preferable)Confidentiality always demonstratedStrong written and verbal communication skillsConsultative/learning approach to feedback#J-18808-Ljbffr
