Job Description: Rite Aid is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Wellington, NZ. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, possess strong communication skills, and be energetic and motivated. As an Associate Level Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely.
