Customer Service Representative

Temporary assignment for 3 months. Ideally, this role will go permanent following the assignment. Full-time  Based in Lower Hutt Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. No shift work!   About the role and organisation: Support your community by taking calls and providing advice and support on a wide range of services. This role will involve taking phone calls, alongside some face-to-face and written communication with customers. This organisation prides themselves on an excellent work environment. The manager is very supportive, and the team has a positive culture. You will be supported by a large team, and will be trained on the topics you will be advising on.   About you: We are looking for someone who... Has a positive attitude, passion for working with people, and desire to learn Has clear and concise verbal communication. Experience in customer service, including retail, is beneficial but not required. Right to work in New Zealand. While experience is great, your attitude is your greatest strength!
