With over 140 employees, it is one of the largest provincial practices in New Zealand.We are seeking talented and driven lawyer with 3+ years' experience to join our busy commercial/property practice in Tauranga.About the Role:You will work within a friendly, collegial team managed by a Partner across a range of work including:Commercial property – acting for landlords/property owners.Property transactions – residential, commercial and rural.Rural property – with a focus on the kiwifruit industry.Business transactions - sale and purchase of businesses & shares with a particular focus on road transport, earthmoving & contracting industries.Business structuring advice - a particular focus on shareholder agreements & succession planning.The team comprises a mix of Lawyers, Legal Executives and Support Staff at differing stages of their careers.What we are looking for:NZ admitted lawyer with 2+ years PQE;Property experience with demonstrated commercial nous.
